We were very excited to receive our “EXCEEDING RATING” on 10th July, 2014. Families and staff all contributed to our Quality Improvement Plan that was submitted to ACECQA in April. We used feedback gathered from all sources to determine our strengths and weaknesses and embraced the entire process as it began. The staff work very hard and are extremely dedicated to the profession, which was reflected in our rating report, acknowledging that standards were exceeded. The relationships that exist between staff and families as well as between each other is evident in the culture of the Centre, feeling like one big happy family. I am extremely proud of the efforts of all involved, and we consistently strive for quality improvement. We value all feedback and use this as a tool to strive for the best. Congratulations to a fabulous team and a wonderful CK family!
