Outside School Hours Care

Our Complete Kids – Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) is held at three locations:

KILLARA Primary School (located in OSHC portable)
SUNBURY WEST Primary School (located in OSHC room)
SUNBURY HEIGHTS Primary School (located in OSHC portable)

Our OSHC program offers organised and structured activities and experiences, as well as relaxed free play opportunities for primary school-aged children (5-12 years) in our caring and safe environment, with qualified educators.

Complete Kids is a family owned and operated service, established in 2009. We strive to support our local school communities by providing the highest possible quality of care for our families, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere that is safe, educational, inclusive and FUN! Our team of qualified educators encourage the development of social skills, imagination and confidence, through our play based learning experiences. Our program promotes healthy eating with a nutritional and seasonal menu planned, along with fruit which is always on offer. Complete Kids ensures our curriculum is based on children’s current interests, promoting choice and participation in their own learning whilst nurturing leadership and decision-making skills, through our indoor / outdoor program.

At our OSHC services, breakfast is provided/offered each morning and served until 8.00am. Breakfast can consist of cereals and grains, toast, pancakes, fresh fruit and yoghurt. Afternoon Tea is provided/offered each day at our OSHC services, the planned seasonal menu promotes healthy eating and nutrition, it can consist of wraps and sandwiches, soups, pasta bakes and grazing tables containing fruits and vegetables, dried fruits, dips and cheeses, rice cakes and crackers, yogurt. Morning Tea is also provided during our Vacation Care program.

 

NEW ENROLMENTS  

For families looking to enrol into our OSHC program, at one of our three services, the enrolment process is completed online via an enrolment form and uploaded attachments. Please register your interest and details with the OSHC Office via email and we will respond with our Enrolment Link and further OSHC information, please state the following in your email :

– Child’s Name

– Primary School Child is Currently Attending / Enrolled to Attend

– Current Year Level / Kindergarten

The OSHC Office can assist with new permanent bookings, permanent bookings changes and cancellations, changes to enrolment details including contacts and permissions, updating direct debit details, new enrolment information and queries, last minute booking changes and requirements, account and billing information and queries, medication paperwork and requirements, paperwork for parenting plans/orders, vacation care information and bookings.
