At Complete Kids we have a team of 100 staff  holding a range of Early Childhood Qualification’s, Bachelor of Early Childhood (Kindergarten Teaching), Diploma/Advanced Diploma and Certificate 3  in Children’s Services,  along with  Cert 4 in Education – Additional Needs. Our staff are trained in Emergency Asthma Management, First Aid Management of Anaphylaxis, First Aid Level 2 and CPR and hold Food Handling Certificates.

We have a highly experienced staffing team, many staff having  over 15 years experience in the field of Early Childhood. Our knowledge, passion and professionalism defines the Exceeding Award we recently received from the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).

We offer a thorough induction process for all new staff and ensure they are fully supported in their new role. We are committed to the Personal and Professional Development of all of our employees and encourage staff to attend  Professional Training Courses to update their skills in areas relevant to Early Childhood. Our team is diverse in age and culture and each bring something unique to each program.

Our OWNER is Deb Ryan

My name is Deb Ryan and I am the owner of Complete Kids. I have been a kindergarten teacher for 23 years, teaching locally in Sunbury for the last 16 years. I am a mother of three children and understand the importance of leaving your  children into the trusted hands of another person. I am passionate about the education and care of young children which is why Complete Kids was born. We have high expectations for all our staff, and I know they treat every individual child as their own. I live locally and have been lucky enough to build relationships with a large number of families and services in Sunbury throughout my career as a teacher. I feel very fortunate that the families and staff at Complete Kids feel like an extension of my own family, and this gives me enormous pride.

Our MANAGER is Stephanie Taylor

I have been in the Education industry for over 9 years now and have been a part of the Complete Kids family for over 7 years. I have a Bachelor in Education, and throughout my years with Complete Kids have gained experience in all aspects of the service including Room Leading, Kindergarten Teaching as well as Directing. I am extremely dedicated and passionate in providing High Quality care and education for all children. My role as manger is to support, guide and oversee the quality of all our Complete Kids Services.

Our EDUCATION LEADER and Phillip Drive DIRECTOR is Madison Roffey

I have been at Complete Kids since early 2015 and have been in the early childhood field for 15 years. My qualifications include an Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services, Bachelor of Education (prep-12) and a Graduate Certificate in Special Educational Needs. I have worked in a range of educational settings however, the
majority of my professional experience has been in the early years. Teaching is my passion and I feel extremely lucky to be in a profession that enables me to learn and grow with the children everyday. I am dedicated to provide inclusive education for all children ensuring our learning environments cater for all the different learning styles and needs.

Our Barkly Street DIRECTOR is Harmony Maidment

I have always had a love and passion for children. Diploma trained, with 9 years experience in Early Childhood including 2 years of management. I ensure children and their families are provided with a safe and secure environment that is of the highest quality, education and fun.

Our Outside School Hours Care MANAGER is Lyndsay Aulich

I hold my diploma in children’s services and have worked for Complete Kids since 2011. I have experience across all of our services including, Room Leading, Induction Officer and also as a Coordinator of our Sunbury Heights OSHC program. As OSHC Manager I look forward to sharing my passion in education, high quality care and development across our three OSHC services – Killara Primary, Sunbury Heights Primary and Sunbury West Primary.
