To register for our Complete Kids OSHC/ Vacation Care,  you must first contact our office on 03 9740 2111 and press 3 for our OSHC.

PLEASE NOTE –  All Enrolment Forms must be 100% complete prior to care commencing with CK. This includes providing a current Medicare Immunisation Statement and where applicable, Allergy Plan, Medication and Court Orders.
